By placing an order with Rather Chic you are agreeing with the stated Terms & Conditions.
1. All items from our collection cannot be refunded for change of mind unless goods are out of stock or faulty.
2. All Goods remain the property of Rather Chic until payment is received in full.
3. Prices are subject to change without notice.
4. Full payment must be received prior to dispatch. If payment is by cheque, cheque must be cleared before goods are despatched.
5. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollar.
6. Non-specification of colours or size etc. will result in a delay. Your 'order start date' will commence from the day payment is received and/or all required information such as colours/dimensions etc. is received.
7. Items which are handmade/hand crafted are subject to slight variation. The photographs shown on this website depict a representation of the completed article.
8. Payments can be made by Direct Deposit, Money Order, Paypal and cheque.
9. Delivery will be organized by Rather Chic and the freight is based on "cost" price. Free postage to all orders up to $25.00 or under 500 grams. Orders over these amounts, please read the Postage information.
10. Delivery and processing may take up to 14 days for items or as otherwise stated for your products.
11. Rather Chic must be notified within 2 days of receipt of faulty goods. Rather Chic must be notified within 2 days of receipt of order for Short Supply.
12. Rather Chic ships Australia wide and to New Zealand only.
13. All orders being shipped to a Business address must include Name of Business and Level number, otherwise it may be redirected back to sender and Rather Chic will not be liable for any costs to repost items. Shipping charges are only refundable if:
· We made an error on your order
· There is damage to your order in shipping
Our generous return policy does not apply to items returned after your event date, items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (including underwear, earrings and swimwear) or personalised items. Returns policy does not apply to sale items. Items purchased at sale prices cannot be exchanged or refunded. A restocking fee may be charged at our discretion. We will communicate any charges with you.
If you have purchased the wrong size or colour, or you are not entirely happy with your purchase, Rather Chic will offer an exchange or credit note to the value of the items purchased, under the following conditions:
· All products must be returned within seven days of receipt.
· The product(s) must be as new (unused and undamaged) and with their original packaging intact.
· No returns or exchanges on personalised, custom coloured or sale items
· No returns or exchanges on bulk orders of 40 items or more
To organise an exchange or credit note, email info@ratherchic.com.au with the following details: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name/Code, Reason for exchange.
Apart from returns for damaged products, all products must be returned to Rather Chic in a saleable condition. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returns are packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and the return form.
In the unlikely event that a product is damaged in transit to you, please send us a digital photograph (2MB or less) of the damaged goods by email, quoting your order number and the product item within seven days of receipt of the item to info@ratherchic.com.au. We will then contact you to speak about an appropriate solution for you.
